Job summary

The Director of Operations at Phoenix3 Collective, through its Culinour brand, leads the Food and Nutrition Services department within a healthcare facility. You oversee Culinary, Retail Operations, Clinical Nutrition and Patient Services to support hospitality and patient-centered care.

You will drive safety, QA, staff development, and cross functional initiatives, ensuring HACCP compliance, high-quality meals, and positive patient and employee experiences across all shifts and sites.

Qualifications

• Requires Associate degree in Nutrition, Culinary or Health Related Field with Serve Safe certification or equivalent.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in nutrition/food science; Registered Dietitian or Certified Dietary Manager.
• Experience: 5–7 years in food service leadership within healthcare.
• Strong communication, team-building, project management and data reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Food and Nutrition Services within a Healthcare Facility across Culinary, Retail Operations, Clinical Nutrition and Patient Services.
• Lead initiatives to improve patient, employee and client satisfaction while maintaining safety and quality.
• Ensure HACCP plans and QA checks are completed; conduct patient rounding and resolve issues.
• Train and develop staff; enforce core competencies and conduct performance reviews.
• Lead cross-functional projects and drive culture of hospitality and patient-centered care.
