Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Healthcare Operations Coordinator to support cross-functional initiatives across Clinical Operations, Quality, Network Growth, Revenue Cycle, and Referral Management for Astrana Care of Nevada.

This on-site role collaborates with clinic teams and leaders to improve access, performance, engagement, and organizational goals, providing operational support for outreach, scheduling, and coordination.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Current students and recent graduates may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Support operational projects across Las Vegas clinics, including planning, coordination, tracking, follow-up, and reporting.
• Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and reporting tools to monitor performance and outreach activity.
• Assist with workflow reviews, SOPs, and implementation of new processes.
• Compile and validate data from approved systems for leadership reporting and decision-making.
• Coordinate with clinic staff and partners to support initiatives and cross-functional projects.
• Support initiatives to improve clinic efficiency, member experience, and performance.
• Perform outreach to support empanelment and scheduling activities.
• Document outreach outcomes and scheduling results; provide routine reporting.
