Qualifications

• Experience with EMRs, data analysis, or revenue-cycle workflows

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and interdepartmental coordination
• Process data entry and documentation in EMRs and business systems
• Triage real-time issues, respond to grievances
• Support revenue cycle operations and invoicing
• Maintain supply workflows and vendor relations
• Assist with reporting and data analytics to improve processes
• Serve as central point of contact for clinical teams and inquiries
