Aptimized, LLC is seeking a Master Black Belt / Operational Excellence Leader in New Jersey to assess, redesign, and optimize critical business processes across the enterprise. This hybrid role will coordinate with our Matawan and Wayne locations, driving measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, and cost savings.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of healthcare-focused operational excellence, extensive Lean Six Sigma expertise, and a track record of leading transformative initiatives

Qualificações

• 10+ years leading enterprise-wide improvement initiatives.
• Proven experience delivering multimillion-dollar cost savings and transformations.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, process mapping, value stream analysis, and change management.
• Experience evaluating automation, digital transformation, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Exceptional executive communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct a comprehensive assessment of current operating processes across multiple functions.
• Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, waste, and process breakdowns affecting performance.
• Document findings and present data-driven recommendations to executive leadership.
• Design and implement new ways of working that improve efficiency, quality, and organizational effectiveness.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies, automation solutions, and AI-driven tools to streamline operations.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
• Establish KPIs, performance dashboards, governance structures, and accountability mechanisms.
• Develop sustainable frameworks to measure, monitor, and continuously improve operational performance.
• Partner with senior leaders to drive adoption, manage change, and ensure successful execution of improvement initiatives.
