• Assist with Medi-Cal or Medicaid applications.
• Supervise business office staff and address disciplinary issues.
• Maintain census and report status changes.
• Track Medi-Cal and Medicaid redeterminations.
• Participate in billing and payment processes including deposits.
• Undertake collection activity for bad debts.
• Schedule and assign employees to complete operational requirements.
