Responsibilities

• Hospital Contracting Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute contracting strategies for hospital systems, including acute care hospitals, specialty facilities, and IDNs.
• Enterprise Provider Contracting Oversight: Lead, manage, negotiate, and implement all provider network contracts across IPAs, medical groups, hospitals, and ancillary providers.
• Innovation & Value-Based Care: Create value through next-generation contracting, network design, and care models for Medicare Advantage with diverse compensation structures.
• Network Strategy & Design: Design forward-looking networks (narrow, tiered, high-performance) and ensure CMS adequacy and quality standards.
