Job summary

Atrium Health in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced Enterprise Project Manager to lead the development and execution of healthcare IT demands and projects, ensuring alignment with budget, schedule, and scope through established PMO processes.

You will collaborate with IT owners to optimize resources across all phases, and hold vendors accountable to meet deliverables while guiding multi-year technology investments.

Qualifications

• Typically requires 3 to 6 years of IT project management with a proven delivery record.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong knowledge of PMO processes and project management methodologies.
• Experience with Microsoft O365 and Strategic Portfolio Management (PPM) tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of healthcare IT demands and projects.
• Ensure adherence to budget, schedule and scope with PMO standards.
• Capture requirements, milestones, risks, and budgets across initiatives.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and status reporting.
• Manage changes, and communicate plans with stakeholders and leaders.
