Job summary

Piedmont Healthcare is seeking a Network Analyst to support and maintain the facility's LAN and related network infrastructure. You will install, document, and maintain network hardware, software, and links while minimizing downtime.

The role requires a GED or HS diploma, and an Associate's degree is preferred. About 1 year of IT experience and hospital setting exposure are desirable; Cisco certification is a plus. This is a facility-based position with corporate support.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field Preferred.
• 1 year of IT experience including hands-on knowledge of installation, implementation, and maintenance of network equipment Required.
• Previous experience in a hospital setting Preferred.
• Cisco Certified Network Analyst Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintaining the stable operation of the Piedmont Healthcare computer network in the assigned facility.
• Install, maintain, and document network hardware, software, and communication links to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software network problems in a timely, accurate manner.
• Provide end user training and support where required.
• Resolve trouble tickets and document work completed in a timely manner.
