Job summary

Sun Life U.S. is seeking a Health Advisor to support PinnacleCare Members by coordinating their healthcare journey and arranging second opinions with top physicians in the Baltimore/Washington DC area.

This full-time role, Monday–Friday with occasional on-call rotation, combines compassionate service with expert guidance to help families navigate complex health systems. You'll work with Medical Directors and Researchers, maintain strong clinician relationships, and deliver high-touch support to

Qualifications

• College degree in Social Work or health-related field or RN certification.
• Background in medical social work, nursing or case management.
• Hospital setting experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM databases.
• Excellent communication skills and time management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of the member's healthcare, including medical records collection and scheduling.
• Facilitate second opinions with top physicians as needed.
• Provide high-touch customer service to members and families.
• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians and hospital staff.
