Sun Life U.S. is hiring a Health Advisor to provide high-touch customer service to PinnacleCare Members and help navigate the healthcare system. This full-time, Monday–Friday role may involve an on-call rotation and occasional appointments in the Baltimore/Washington DC area.
You will coordinate medical records, arrange appointments, and facilitate second opinions with top physicians, while building strong relationships with physicians, hospital staff, and Medical Directors.

The Health Advisor role is responsible for providing high-touch customer service to PinnacleCare Members, building strong relationships while helping them to navigate the healthcare system in order to receive the best and most expeditious healthcare available. This is a full time Monday-Friday position with an on-call rotation generally every 4 weeks. Our Health Advisors occasionally accompany members on appointments within the Baltimore/Washington DC area. PinnacleCare is a health advisory service that connects individuals and organizations to the world’s most advanced healthcare and facilitates access to top specialists for more streamlined and personalized healthcare experience. PinnacleCare extends a broad range of support for families and organizations to facilitate more efficient access and better outcomes through Comprehensive Health Advisory Memberships for individuals/families, and Connection Group Benefits available through employers/organizations.

Salary Range: $76,200 - $114,300. At our company, we are committed to pay transparency and equity. The salary range for this role is competitive nationwide, and we strive to ensure that compensation is fair and equitable. Your actual base salary will be determined based on your unique skills, qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location. In addition to your base salary, this position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive award based on your individual performance as well as the overall performance of the business.
