Job summary

Kelly Services is partnering with a premier company to hire a Customer Service Representative in the health care benefits space. You will serve as the main contact for members, providers, pharmacies, and carriers, handling claims and prescription questions by phone and email.

Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel is expected, along with the ability to navigate internal databases and platforms. Prior customer service experience is required, with shifts from 10:00am–6:00pm or 11:00am–7:00pm.

Qualifications

• Previous Customer Service experience is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for health care members, providers, pharmacies, and other insurance carriers.
• Assist with claim and prescription-related issues via phone and email.
• Clearly explain benefits and resolve inquiries with patience and care.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all member interactions.
• Comfortable navigating internal databases and web-based platforms.
