Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
- 12–15+ years of progressive healthcare mechanical design experience.
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary healthcare projects.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical codes and standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead mechanical team on healthcare projects from pursuit to closeout.
- Coordinate with architecture, electrical, plumbing, and other disciplines.
- Review mechanical calculations, drawings, specs, and reports.
- Mentor engineers and designers for career growth.
- Manage staffing, forecasting, and project finances.
- Develop client relationships and support business growth.
