Job summary

Farnsworth Group seeks an Electrical Engineering Manager - Healthcare to lead the planning, design, and delivery of electrical systems for healthcare facilities. You will oversee normal and emergency power, lighting, life-safety, and low-voltage systems while coordinating with architectural and engineering teams across the Midwest.

You will mentor engineers, manage multiple projects, and engage with clients to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience leading electrical design for healthcare facilities.
• Knowledge of NEC, NFPA 72/99/101/110 and FGI Guidelines.
• Proficient in Revit and BIM workflows; SKM/ETAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering team across healthcare projects.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality; control risk.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams and clients.
• Oversee design of power, lighting, life-safety, and low-voltage systems.
• Mentor engineers and analysts; support business development.
