Cleveland Clinic Weston Hospital in Florida is seeking a Materials Management Supervisor to lead the daily operations of the Materials department, manage schedules, supervise the linen and dialysis materials support, and ensure timely procurement of supplies for surgeries and procedures.

This role uses the Material Management Information System to order, track and deliver items, conduct counts, and coordinate deliveries across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation to travel to multiple sites.

Responsabilités

• Supervise storeroom, receiving and other Material Management activities.
• Develop work schedules for technicians and inspect work.
• Prepare caregiver performance reviews and establish department goals.
• Enter data into the Material Management Information System and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate deliveries and maintain par levels to minimize shortages.
• Direct the delivery of supplies and equipment to requesting locations.
• Perform buyer duties during buyer absences.
