Job summary

Select Specialty Hospital - Augusta is seeking a Materials Manager to ensure clinicians have timely access to supplies, maintain an organized stockroom, and enforce contract and regulatory compliance across the facility.

You will oversee the materials, equipment, and financial operations, including accounts payable and supervision of Materials Techs, to support continuous patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Three years’ accounts payable or materials management experience.

Responsibilities

• Daily receiving, stocking and marking of all facility supplies while assuring accurate charging of materials and supplies.
• Restocking all supplies in the nursing stations.
• Running an effective system to rotate expired products and document all changes appropriately.
• Processing and coding invoices.
