Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Weston Hospital in Weston, FL is seeking a Materials Management Supervisor to lead the daily operations of the Materials department, schedule staff, and support the linen and dialysis teams with materials requests.

You will perform cycle counts, use the Material Management Information System to order, track and deliver supplies, and ensure timely delivery to procedural spaces such as Surgery and Radiology.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation to travel to multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the storeroom, receiving and other Material Management activities in Manager’s absence.
• Develop work schedule for technicians, assign tasks to caregivers and inspect work.
• Complete caregiver performance reviews, establish department goals and organize processes.
• Develop training and education process for department tasks.
• Verify schedules vs. Kronos timekeeping records.
• Direct the delivery of supplies, equipment, forms, mail and other items to requesting locations.
• Count and verify supplies in inventory and report discrepancies.
