Qualifications

• Strong communication, human‑relation, and independent work abilities.
• Capacity to handle unpredictable, stressful situations with calmness and initiative.
• Physical ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and walk >12 miles daily.

Responsibilities

• Directly support accurate receiving, distribution, and transportation of medical materials.
• Manage daily movement of patient items—including specimens, pharmaceuticals, surgical instruments, and inter‑clinic mail—while upholding professionalism, safety, and productivity standards.
• Resolve material delays, collaborate on solutions, and monitor requests in the tracking system.
• Participate in projects, new employee training, and handle incoming calls for specimen delivery.
• Work varied hours, including days, evenings, holidays, and weekends with rotating days off.
