Qualifications

• Requires strong personal computer skills, communication skills, problem solving, continuous improvement and teaming skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to drive if required and driver’s license may be required in some cases.

Responsibilities

• Involves direct work with multiple departments to support receiving, distribution, inventory control, transportation, records management, warehousing and storage of products.
• Maintain safety, security and productivity standards in daily material movement across Mayo Clinic operations.
• Interact with suppliers to expedit e, handle returns and resolve invoice/receipt issues.
• Provide SCM data integrity support using reports for expediting, critical orders, and routine fulfillment.
• Research and resolve complex transactions including proof of delivery, shipping modes, and returns.
