Job summary

OSF HealthCare, through its Pointcore subsidiary, is seeking a Supplies/Materials Associate to support supply chain operations in Peoria, IL. The role involves data analysis in spreadsheets, running queries, and using ERP systems for data input and upkeep, along with order fulfillment and inventory tasks.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of materials management experience is desired.
• Ability to read, write and perform simple mathematical calculations for stocking and documentation.
• Proficient in using Excel and Access; familiarity with ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze spreadsheet data and run queries.
• Utilize ERP system for data input and upkeep; approve orders and order supplies.
• Research substitute products and contact sales reps for issue resolution.
• Conduct cycle counts of inventory; receive and stock supplies; fill orders and maintain inventory.
• Perform clerical duties including answering phones and documenting information.
