SCA Health in Joliet, IL is seeking an organized Supplies Clerk to manage central supply receipt, distribution, and inventory for a wide network of ambulatory centers. The role emphasizes accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to policies that support patient care and operational efficiency.

You will maintain stock levels, perform inventories, log equipment, and ensure timely orders while upholding safety and confidentiality standards across the facility.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in medical supplies/equipment preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Receipt and distribution of central supply, floor stock, office and rental equipment.
• Maintain inventory levels and perform quarterly physical inventories.
• Update equipment logbook daily and post removals to the computer within 24 hours.
• Meet all deadlines for ordering, receipt, delivery and storage of supplies.
• Adhere to facility safety requirements and use proper body mechanics; report unsafe conditions.
• Maintain patient privacy and medical record confidentiality.

Educación
