Job summary

PACS is seeking a Marketing and Public Relations leader to develop and coordinate the facility’s marketing and communications programs that support census growth and community information.

You will write and enforce information-release policies, collaborate with departments, train staff, and coordinate with news media to share positive developments and programs while maintaining privacy and accuracy in all materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; healthcare marketing preferred.
• Five years of healthcare marketing/public relations experience may substitute for a degree.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate marketing/public relations programs to maintain and increase census.
• Develop and maintain policies governing release of information about residents and the facility.
• Assist Departments in marketing policies; ensure staff understand their PR roles.
• Review policies annually; implement updates as needed.
• Prepare and track customer satisfaction surveys and report results.

Education

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; five years of healthcare marketing/public relations experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree
