Job summary

PACS Group is seeking a skilled marketing/public relations leader to develop, coordinate, and administer the facility’s marketing and public relations programs in Las Vegas, Nevada. The role focuses on census growth, community information, and policy-compliant information release.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and at least five years in healthcare marketing/PR, with strong Microsoft Office proficiency and the ability to collaborate across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.
• Five years of experience in marketing/public relations in a healthcare setting may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the facility’s marketing and public relations programs to increase census and inform the community.
• Develop and maintain policies governing the release of information about residents and staff.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure staff understand their role in marketing and PR programs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date public materials and organize internal communications.
