• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university; five years in marketing/public relations in healthcare may substitute for a degree.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.

Responsabilités

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the facility's marketing and public relations programs to increase census and inform the community.
• Maintain and disseminate accurate information about residents, employees, and services in compliance with privacy rules.
• Develop and implement marketing policies; coordinate cross-department efforts to support PR activities.
• Coordinate with news media to share positive developments and programs.
• Prepare and manage the department budget in collaboration with the Administrator.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and rights; supervise staff as needed.
