DrHouse, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the Chief Marketing & Growth Officer and drive B2B growth. You will research health plans, employers, and healthcare organizations, build prospect lists, and help execute campaigns.

The role requires strong writing, research, and proactive problem-solving to keep projects on track. You will manage CRM records in HubSpot, assist with email nurture campaigns, create simple visuals in Canva or Figma, and coordinate executive support tasks

Qualifications

• Excellent written English, research, and communication skills are essential.
• Hands-on HubSpot experience is required.
• Experience with B2B prospecting, lead research, and email marketing is preferred.
• Working knowledge of Canva or Figma, Google Workspace, and Slack is expected.

Responsibilities

• Research health plans, employers, brokers, and healthcare organizations; build ICP-based prospect lists and identify decision-makers.
• Maintain CRM records in HubSpot and help develop email nurture campaigns.
• Draft and proofread marketing materials, press releases, case studies, and outreach emails.
