DrHouse, Inc. is seeking a Healthcare Marketing Coordinator to support the Chief Marketing & Growth Officer and execute marketing initiatives. The role requires strong writing, research, and proactive problem-solving to keep projects on track.

You will handle B2B prospecting, manage HubSpot campaigns, assist with content distribution, and coordinate with teams and vendors to drive growth and brand messaging.

Qualifications

• Excellent written English and research skills.
• Hands-on HubSpot experience required.
• Experience with B2B prospecting and email marketing.
• Proficient with Canva or Figma, Google Workspace, Slack.
• Healthcare marketing experience required.

Responsibilities

• B2B prospecting: build prospect lists and identify decision-makers.
• HubSpot & campaigns: maintain CRM, create prospect lists, support email campaigns.
• Content & PR: distribute press releases, case studies, and marketing materials; draft outreach emails.
• Industry research & events: identify conferences, sponsorships, and partnerships; coordinate outreach.
• Reporting: maintain trackers and prepare weekly marketing reports for COO/CEO/board.
• Creative support: use Canva or Figma for graphics and materials.
• Executive support: manage marketing priorities, coordinate meetings, track deadlines.
• Team & vendor coordination: schedule interviews, track deliverables and invoices.
