Job summary

Northern Virginia Oral Maxillofacial & Implant Surgery PC is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to drive outreach and promotional efforts. The role focuses on increasing patient referrals from existing providers and attracting new business from non-referring physicians, through events, social media, and targeted outreach.

You will manage website updates, content, and marketing materials while supporting daily operations and event planning.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in marketing, business development, outreach, or related experience (prefer healthcare/dental).
• Familiarity with digital marketing, social media platforms, and website content management.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills; ability to travel locally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and attend promotional events, open houses, study clubs, educational sessions, speaker engagements, and meetings to promote the practice.
• Update and manage website content in collaboration with leadership and vendors.
• Publish and manage content on social media to expand the referral network.
• Assist with outreach to strengthen relationships with dental practices and referral networks.
• Support front desk activities and general administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Track referrals in the database and prepare referral data for leadership review and growth planning.
• Field promote services, plan calls, follow-up, attend appointments, and generate performance reports.
• Order and deliver marketing materials and gifts to referring offices and visit offices to ensure visibility.
