Creative Solutions in Healthcare is seeking a Marketing/Admissions Coordinator to grow census and strengthen community relationships in the local area. The role suits someone who thrives independently, enjoys making connections, and is passionate about long-term care.

You will develop and implement marketing plans, drive community awareness, facilitate admissions, track activity, and collaborate with teams to support events and outreach efforts.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, community outreach, or healthcare-related admissions.
• Excellent verbal, written, and public speaking communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and travel locally to establish community partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing plans by networking with hospitals, physicians, senior organizations, and social service agencies (≥24 hours/week).
• Drive community awareness by presenting to local organizations on long-term care and aging benefits.
• Facilitate the admissions process by conducting facility tours and managing resident admissions.
• Track and report weekly marketing and admissions activity to leadership.
• Strengthen community relations by collaborating with internal teams on events, campaigns, and outreach.
