Responsibilities include developing marketing plans, presenting to local groups, coordinating tours, reporting activities, and collaborating with teams on events and outreach.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, community outreach, or healthcare admissions.
• Excellent verbal, written, and public speaking communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing plans by engaging hospital discharge planners, physicians, senior organizations, and social service agencies (min. 24 hours/week).
• Drive community awareness by presenting to local organizations on long-term care and services.
• Facilitate admissions by conducting facility tours and managing all aspects of resident admissions.
• Track and report weekly marketing and admissions activity to leadership.
• Strengthen community relations by collaborating with internal teams for events and outreach.
