Job summary

Copper Ridge Health & Rehabilitation Center in Montana is seeking a results-driven Healthcare Marketer to build and maintain referral sources, drive census growth, and raise community awareness of our services.

In this full-time, non-union role, you will manage relationships with hospitals, physicians, and case managers; conduct facility tours; execute marketing initiatives; monitor market trends; and maintain the CRM and referral-tracking systems to support census goals.

Qualifications

• Healthcare marketing, admissions, sales, or business development experience preferred.
• Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or post-acute care experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to meet goals and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and community organizations.
• Conduct facility tours and represent Copper Ridge at networking events.
• Execute marketing and business development initiatives.
• Monitor referral activity and market trends.
• Collaborate with facility leadership to achieve census goals.
• Maintain CRM and referral tracking systems.
