Job summary

DaVita Integrated Kidney Care (DaVita IKC) is seeking a Provider Relations/Marketing professional in California to manage provider relationships, address payment and operational concerns, and market the IKC program to dialysis centers and physicians.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, knowledge of medical claims, and experience in client/physician relations and marketing. Travel 2–4 days per week within the market, with a bilingual English/Spanish requirement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• General knowledge of medical claims.
• Experience with client relations, physician relations, and/or marketing.
• Healthcare experience required; previous experience with a Health Plan preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provider Relationship Management: maintain relationships with providers, address payments, operational concerns, and clinical outcomes; collaborate with central team to resolve issues.
• Provider Marketing: market the IKC program to DaVita region dialysis centers, nephrologists and PCPs; develop marketing materials; conduct onsite provider education forums and servicing visits; organize regional events; develop a marketing plan with health plan partners.
• Payment/Claims: respond to provider concerns about payment and billing; coordinate with health plan partners to resolve issues.
• Clinical/Performance Monitoring: provide updates to physicians and dialysis facilities on enrollment/performance; engage with members to improve retention and patient experience; support benefit activation in partnership with IKC teammates; develop communications strategies and clinical initiatives with stakeholders.
• Other duties as assigned.
