  • Ensure manufacturing processes are designed and executed to meet critical‑to‑quality (CTQ), regulatory, and customer requirements.
Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with site and segment operational performance metrics (safety, quality, delivery, inventory, productivity).
  • Lead efforts in yield improvement, process capability enhancement, and waste reduction across manufacturing operations.
  • Support validation and qualification of new equipment, tooling, automation, and processes.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with Technology Development (TD), R&D, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to ensure seamless product lifecycle execution.
  • Provide strong manufacturing input during early development to enable design for manufacturability (DFM) and robust scale‑up strategies.
