Job summary

DuPont Spectrum seeks a Global Technology Leader for Injection Molded Components to define and execute the global technology strategy for medical and healthcare components. You will provide technical leadership across process technology, tooling, materials, automation, and manufacturing excellence to enable growth and customer success.

The role partners with Product Management, Application Development, Process Development, Operations, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain and Commercial teams to

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Polymer Science, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline required. Advanced degree highly preferred.
15+ years in injection molding, manufacturing technology, process engineering, or related leadership roles.
Experience leading global technical teams in healthcare or regulated manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the global technology roadmap for injection molded healthcare components.
Lead technical strategy, tooling, materials, automation, and manufacturing excellence.
Drive new product development, commercialization, and transfer to manufacturing.
