Job summary

Brookestone Meadows is seeking a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance and physical plant operations of our healthcare facility. The role ensures safety, functionality, and compliance across building systems and grounds to support residents, patients, families, and staff.

You will supervise a maintenance team, perform routine inspections, coordinate with contractors, and manage preventive maintenance.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance experience required; supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, long-term care, assisted living, hospital, or similar setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of general building maintenance: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations and maintenance staff.
• Complete routine inspections of building, grounds, equipment, and systems.
• Respond to maintenance requests and resident care-related needs.
• Perform or coordinate preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain records of inspections, repairs, work orders, and PM activities.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local and regulatory requirements.
