Qualifications

• We require 2 years of experience in healthcare maintenance and supervision.
• Organized, efficient and positive demeanor.
• Proficient with technology and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assure Preventative Maintenance of building and equipment per CT regulations.
• Ensure building and equipment are maintained in good repair.
• Coordinate and execute duties and projects for staff.
• Working manager primarily in the Maintenance Department.
• Maintain high levels of cleanliness and an orderly environment.
• Oversee efficient laundry operation.
• Hire, train, direct and evaluate maintenance, housekeeping and laundry staff.
• Manage budgets for supplies and services.
