Job summary

WNY Manors in Buffalo, NY is seeking a reliable Maintenance Worker to join our healthcare facility team. You will maintain building, equipment, and grounds to keep the environment safe and fully operational for residents, staff, and visitors.

The role includes handling plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs, completing work orders, and assisting with room turnovers and basic carpentry. First, second, and third shifts are available.

Qualifications

• Prior maintenance or facilities experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.
• Ability to lift and move equipment.
