Qualifications

- Dependable, professional, and team-oriented.
- Healthcare or nursing home experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and building systems
- Complete work orders and preventative maintenance tasks in a timely manner
- Maintain facility grounds, including seasonal outdoor upkeep
- Troubleshoot maintenance issues and coordinate repairs when necessary
- Ensure compliance with safety and healthcare facility regulations
- Assist with room turnovers, painting, basic carpentry, and general upkeep
- Respond promptly to maintenance emergencies
