Job summary

DA Trading Recruitment seeks a high-performing Investment Banking Senior Analyst or Junior Associate for its Healthcare M&A team in New York. The role involves executing sell-side transactions, building complex models, and preparing CIMs and presentations for top healthcare clients and sponsors.

You will work closely with senior bankers and clients, taking ownership of key workstreams and contributing to high-profile deals in a demanding, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Healthcare Investment Banking experience.
• Excellent financial modelling and valuation capabilities.
• Experience preparing CIMs, management presentations and transaction documentation.
• Excellent communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong academic background with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Execute and support sell-side M&A transactions across the Healthcare sector.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models, including DCF, LBO and comps analyses.
• Prepare CIMs, management presentations and other transaction marketing materials.
• Conduct detailed industry, company and market research.
• Support transaction processes from client engagement through to deal execution and closing.
• Work closely with senior bankers, clients, private equity sponsors and strategic acquirers.
• Take ownership of key transaction workstreams while developing client-facing experience.
