Responsibilities

• Execute sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions across the Healthcare sector
• Build and review detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and operating cases
• Prepare marketing materials including CIMs, management presentations, and buyer materials
• Coordinate and manage due diligence processes and data rooms
• Support senior bankers in client interaction, buyer outreach, and process management
• Work closely with management teams, private equity sponsors, and strategic buyers

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of investment banking experience (Associate level)
• Prior exposure to Healthcare transactions preferred
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills
• Experience working on lean deal teams with meaningful execution responsibility
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact directly with clients and senior stakeholders
