Qualifications

• Outstanding academic track record from a recognized college or university.
• 2+ years experience in investment banking.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship of work visa.
• Strong accounting skills.
• Proven Tier-1 modelling and Excel skills.
• Exceptional analytical and financial skills.
• Time management, organizational and prioritization skills.
• Engaging personality and people skills.
• Self-starter who is proactive and can work independently.
• Major in finance, accounting, economics, and mathematics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participation in the execution of a broad range of deal types including sell-side and buy-side M&A, private placements, and recapitalization transactions.
• Performing financial valuations, analyzing financial and company information, and building financial models.
• Preparing marketing materials for pitches and live deals, including information memoranda and management presentations.
• Managing data rooms, working with due diligence providers, and assisting with due diligence.
• Performing industry, product, and competitor research.
• Attending meetings with clients and prospective clients with senior bankers.
• Direct interaction with investors and clients.
• Working with highly innovative and transformative growth companies.
• Frequent cross-border deals working together with our colleagues in international offices.
• Occasional domestic and international travel
