Job summary

Piedmont Atlanta Hospital is seeking an AV/Facilities technician to provide audio/visual support for meeting spaces and classrooms. You will help maintain and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, TV, and security systems across the facility.

The role requires a GED or high school diploma, 2 years of low voltage experience, and NICET Level I certification at hire, with a preference for candidates from accredited trade/vocational programs.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Graduate of an accredited trade/vocational school preferred.
• 2 years experience with low voltage systems (fire alarm, nurse call, paging, TV signal distribution and tube system) required.
• NICET Level I certification in Fire Alarm Systems and/or Inspection & Testing of Water-Based Systems required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides audio/visual support for Piedmont Atlanta Hospital's meeting spaces, classrooms and auditoriums.
• Maintains and repairs mechanical, electrical, plumbing, TV, and security systems in the facility.
