Job summary

DOCS Health in the United States is seeking a full-time Warehouse Specialist for a busy logistics operation supporting mobile practice vehicles and on-site facilities.

You will manage clinical supplies, coordinate with vendors, and ensure equipment is serviced and shipped accurately for events nationwide. The role requires travel up to 25%, attention to safety, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 25%.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Warehouse experience and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory control of clinical supplies and equipment.
• Work closely with internal team and vendors.
• Demonstrate knowledge of DOCS industry.
• Understand operation of mobile practice vehicle(s).
• Communicate with Operations Manager, Event Managers, and Asset Managers.
• Troubleshoot mobile operations and fixed facilities.
• Complete checklists for vehicles/equipment to ship or deliver.
• Ensure all medical, dental, and office equipment are functional and report deficiencies.
• Ensure x-ray machines are functional and compliant with regs.
• Ship supplies and equipment to event sites timely.
• Participate in weekly logistics calls and After Action reviews.
• Return equipment to assigned locations after events.
• Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude and be willing to assist as needed.
• Wear safety gear and follow GMP and forklift guidelines.
