Job summary

You will ensure efficient flow from request to put-away, follow SOPs, and support a team in a fast-paced environment while complying with LEAN and safety standards. Overtime may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in a fast-paced environment; customer service or distribution.
• Valid Kansas Class C driver's license.
• LEAN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to process orders including picking, packing, and shipping.
• Ensure efficient flow from receipt to delivery for internal and external customers.
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members.
• Maintain a clean, safe, LEAN-compliant work environment.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
• Overtime may be required due to business needs.
