Job summary

AdaptHealth is seeking a Warehouse Technician in Overland Park, KS to process orders, prepare shipments, and manage inventory. You will assist with loading, unloading, and inventory control, maintaining HIPAA guidelines and safety protocols.

The role requires the ability to lift heavy objects, operate forklift equipment, and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Prior warehouse experience is preferred, with attention to detail and teamwork essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalency.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or material handling role preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts is a plus.
• Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 85 pounds, frequently up to 100 pounds, and occasionally up to 160 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials from trucks, containers, and pallets; receive shipments and verify quantities.
• Prepare shipping containers and labels; assemble outgoing merchandise per orders.
• Conduct inventory counts and cycle counts; report discrepancies to supervisor.
• Maintain clean, safe warehouse area; follow PPE, infection control and hazardous materials handling procedures.
• Assist with routing, stocking, and replenishing inventory; prepare orders for shipment.
