White Recruitment Limited is seeking a Healthcare Operations Manager for a leading global freight forwarder in San Francisco. You will oversee GDP-compliant healthcare logistics, temperature-controlled operations and customer implementations across the district's office and warehouse functions.

The ideal candidate has proven air freight and global logistics experience, with healthcare, pharmaceutical or life-sciences logistics knowledge and GDP certification to ensure compliant packaging, audits

Formación

• Proven air freight and global logistics experience.
• Healthcare/pharma or life-sciences logistics knowledge.
• GDP knowledge and GDP certification.
• Experience with temperature-controlled freight and packaging.
• Experience supporting audits, CAPAs and customer implementations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead healthcare and GDP compliance across warehouse operations.
• Maintain facilities, equipment and storage areas to GDP standards.
• Manage CAPAs, risk assessments, audits and document control.
• Oversee temperature-controlled packaging, data loggers and equipment.
• Implement healthcare customers, SOPs and quality agreements.
• Support strategic RFQs and develop tailored logistics solutions.
• Identify service improvements, retention opportunities and business growth.
