Job summary

Expeditors is seeking a Healthcare Operations Manager to ensure GDP-compliant handling of healthcare products within GDP warehouses and related processes. You will lead risk assessments, CAPA actions, and KPI-driven improvements while coordinating with regional teams to uphold regulatory standards.

You will partner with product, GEO, and pricing teams on RFQs, optimize carrier capabilities for healthcare customers, and drive training, SOPs, and audit readiness across the distribution network.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare GDP/compliance and warehouse operations.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and SOP adherence.
• Proven ability to manage CAPA and supplier relations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee GDP compliance in healthcare warehouse operations.
• Ensure GDP documentation, QA SOPs, and security controls are followed.
• Lead GDP initiatives and coordinate with regional teams.
• Collaborate with Product, GEO, and Pricing teams on RFQs.
• Coordinate transition and implementations for healthcare customers.
• Maintain carrier capability matrices and align with customer needs.
• Manage training and audits, reporting issues to healthcare reps.
