You will oversee GDP-compliant healthcare logistics, drive operational excellence and lead customer implementations to support growth. Responsibilities include managing audits, CAPAs, temperature-controlled processes, and coordinating SOPs with stakeholders.

Qualifications

An exciting opportunity to join a leading global freight forwarding organisation in a key management role overseeing specialist healthcare and life sciences logistics operations.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of GDP-compliant operations, temperature-controlled supply chains and customer implementations, ensuring the highest standards of quality, compliance and service delivery.

Working across office and warehouse functions, you'll lead operational excellence, develop customer solutions and play an important role in supporting the continued growth of the healthcare logistics business.

The Role

• Lead healthcare logistics operations, ensuring full GDP compliance across warehouse and operational activities.
• Oversee quality management, audits, CAPAs, risk assessments and document control.
• Maintain temperature-controlled facilities, equipment, packaging and monitoring systems.
• Lead new healthcare customer implementations, including SOPs and quality agreements.

About You

• Strong background in air freight and international freight forwarding.
• Experience within healthcare, pharmaceutical or life sciences logistics.
• Practical knowledge and experience of Good Distribution Practice (GDP).
• Understanding of temperature-controlled transportation, thermal packaging and monitoring equipment.
• Experience with audits, CAPAs, quality management and customer implementations.
• A confident leader with strong operational, organisational and customer management skills.
