The position requires a Bachelor’s in Business/Logistics or equivalent experience and Virginia EMT certification, with a 65k–70k annual salary.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience.
• Active Virginia EMT certification (or higher) in good standing with required regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with implementing company initiatives and maintaining asset management programs.
• Assist with auditing and maintaining controlled substances in compliance with laws.
• Monitor trends, forecast needs, and optimize logistics operations.
• Oversee inventory, warehousing, distribution, and records.
• Lead and train the logistics team and develop department policies.
• Plan and enforce staff orientation, training, and performance reviews.
• Ensure safe work practices and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with hiring and credential verification as needed.
• Coordinate vendor relations and contract negotiations.
