The Washington, DC office of KAPITAL is seeking an Associate Attorney with 2 to 4 years of litigation experience, ideally in health care or managed care, to join our team.

You will manage and run cases daily, supervise junior associates, take and defend depositions, and draft complex briefs. The position requires a DC Bar membership or eligibility and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Overview
