Responsabilidades

• Handle civil litigation matters from initial evaluation through resolution.
• Conduct legal research, factual investigation, discovery, and case analysis.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests/responses, and other legal documents.
• Participate in negotiations, hearings, depositions, mediations, and other litigation proceedings.
• Analyze complex legal and factual issues involving healthcare-related disputes.
