The successful candidate will handle complex healthcare and commercial disputes, contribute to case strategy, and work on ERISA, reimbursement, and regulatory

Qualifications

• 2+ years of litigation experience.
• Healthcare exposure is advantageous, but not required.
• Excellent writing, research and analytical skills.
• Strong advocacy and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex healthcare and commercial litigation.
• Work on managed care and payor-provider disputes.
• Handle reimbursement litigation and arbitration.
• Work on ERISA litigation and regulatory enforcement matters.
• Assist with healthcare audits, recoupment disputes and administrative proceedings.
• Conduct substantive legal research and drafting.
• Manage discovery and motion practice.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Assist with hearings, arbitrations, trials and appeals.
• Contribute to case strategy on high-exposure and precedent-setting matters.
